GET TO KNOW DJ RED X

After migrating to Canada in 1990 Bryan McDonald aka DJ Red X ventured into collecting records and playing 1994. Inspired to help grow the economy in Jamaica thru music collection and record purchases eventually DJ Red X would expand his collection and knowledge of the current musical climate within his home country of Jamaica.  While living in Canada and having his "ear to the ground" so to speak he connected with Carrie Mullings who pioneered an all-Canadian radio show called Rebel Vibez.

That's when DJ Red X took on the challenge to do even more for Canadian reggae from the diaspora. The infamous CD King then began producing and distributing All-Canadian mixed CD's that supported the advancement in the awareness of our nations great reggae culture.

Partnering in the development of Stages the journey from club support to international tour travel has DJ Red X's brand now increasingly sought after.
